Beast From 20000 Fathoms. The

Paul Christian stars in this sci-fi horror directed by Eugène Lourié. During the testing of an atomic bomb in the Arctic, a monstrous dinosaur is awakened and freed from the ice that encased it for millions of years. The only witness to the event is Professor Tom Nesbitt (Christian) but his story is initially greeted with scepticism. As the beast travels south along the coast of North America towards New York, it leaves a trail of devastation in its wake. Can Nesbitt stop its rampage before it destroys the city? The cast also includes Cecil Kellaway, Kenneth Tobey and Lee Van Cleef.
