Fred F. Sears directs this 1950s drama which follows accountant Barry Amsterdam (Dennis O'Keefe) as he goes undercover to infiltrate a branch of the Chicago Mafia. The syndicate is run by Arnold Valent (Paul Stewart) who is suspected of murdering a bookkeeper who threatened to reveal Valent's illegal insurance racket to the press. As Barry works his way in, however, he must also navigate two dangerous women, Connie Peters (Abbe Lane) and Sue Morton (Allison Hayes), who have their own agendas...
