After defeating the Demon King and bringing peace to the world, the elven mage Frieren (voice of Atsumi Tanezaki) outlives her companions. She decides to embark on a journey to learn more about humans and takes on Fern (Kana Ichinose), a human wizard, as an apprentice. Now, as Frieren and Fern prepare to take a dangerous magic exam, they are thrust into battle against their rivals.
