His work explores nature as our shared “home” in a transhistorical exploration of prehistoric, modern, and futuristic habitats and their inhabitants. Mark Hadjipateras revisits major 20th -century movements such as surrealism, modernism, minimalism, and pop art, honoring them through his own distinct style to produce new, thought-provoking interpretations.
