Maria Schrader directs this drama based on the book by Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey, journalists who exposed film producer Harvey Weinstein's crimes of sexual misconduct. The film follows New York Times investigative reporters Kantor and Twohey (Zoe Kazan and Carey Mulligan) as they investigate reports of pervasive sexual harassment in Hollywood. Their investigation leads them to uncover a series of sexual abuse allegations against Weinstein (Mike Houston) and a system protecting abusers. The cast also includes Patricia Clarkson, Samantha Morton and Jennifer Ehle.
