Horror comedy directed by Richard Elfman. When three boys - Tommy Larson (Aeryk Egan), Bill Turner (Bo Sharon) and Freddie Thompson (Darris Love) - are murdered at the behest of mob boss Big Moe (Meg Foster), they are resurrected by Mr Sumatra (Julius Harris), the voodoo priest who sells them comic books. They now exist as shrunken heads with mystical powers which they use to exact revenge and clean up their neighbourhood.
