Nikos Koundouros directs this 1950s Greek crime drama following the story of an innocent man who is mistaken for a criminal, but soon figures out a way to use the error to his advantage. Bank clerk Thomas (Dinos Iliopoulos), who bears a striking resemblance to a wanted criminal known as The Ogre, is pursued by police who believe they have caught their man. As he takes refuge in an underground club, Thomas begins to realise that his mistaken identity could open doors to a new life.
