This Town

All six episodes of the drama written by Steven Knight which follows the formation of a band in 1980s Britain. Dante (Levi Brown) is studying in Birmingham and writes poetry, while his friend Jeannie (Eve Austin) writes music. Levi's cousin Bardon (Ben Rose) lives in Coventry and can sing but his father is heavily involved with the IRA and is pressuring his son to join him. As the three of them struggle to find their way in a world full of violence and riots, music binds them together and will become, so they hope, their way out.
