Alya (voice of Sumire Uesaka) is the daughter of a Russian father and a Japanese mother. She sits next to Kuze (Kohei Amasaki) at school and although she often complains about him in Japanese, she also secretly flirts with him in Russian. Unbeknownst to Alya, Kuze can actually understand Russian but fears he is unworthy of her, leaving him confused about what to do next.
