Collection of four documentaries from 2022 about the life and reign of Queen Elizabeth II. 'Picturing Elizabeth: Her Life in Images', presented by Sophie Raworth, looks at the stories behind some of the most famous pictures and portraits of the Queen, from her coronation portrait to more informal photographs, as well as the importance of her image to the nation. Fiona Bruce narrates 'Elizabeth: Fashioning a Monarch', which explores how the Queen developed her style and the image she sought to convey to the country and the world. 'Elizabeth: Her Passions and Pastimes', narrated by Adrian Lester, celebrates everything that brought the Queen joy, from horse racing to her dogs to the arts. Interviews with friends, celebrities and members of the royal household are included. Finally, 'When the Queen Spoke to the Nation', narrated by Kirsty Young, looks at the Queen's annual Christmas Day messages and special addresses meant to inspire and unite the nation.
