Unsung Heroes By Cluff, Algy

This book salutes an array of characters - lawyers, businessmen, soldiers, sailors, airmen, gamblers and clubmen - who merit more celebrity than they obtained during their lifetime, largely as a result of their personal modesty....with a couple of honourable exceptions. What flows from these pages are not just good stories about fine people, but a strong sense....of humanity and service.
