Second sequel to Takashi Miike's ultra-violent 1999 film 'Dead or Alive', set in a post-apocalyptic Yokohama where the population is kept under rigid control by a half crazed mayor. Takeshi Honda (Riki Takeuchi), a hard-boiled cop, and Ryô (Sho Aikawa), a mellow drifter, hook up with a gang of rebels.
