Katie Groshong stars in this low-budget psychological horror written and directed by Chad Crawford Kinkle. When Katie (Groshong) begins working at a care facility for people with Down's syndrome, her past trauma soon comes back to haunt her and begins to affect her work. She fled a cult led by Larry (Larry Fessenden) which has left her scarred and suffering from flashbacks. Now she fears that a dark force is coming for her patient Stephanie (Stephanie Kinkle) and so she begins going to increasingly extreme lengths to protect her, but is she doing more harm than good?
