As he rises to become the reluctant leader of the Black Panther Biker Gang, he finds himself caught in a dangerous rivalry with Mitsura (Yûsuke Natsu), the leader of the Red Rose Gang. Iwaki is falling for Michiko (Tomoko Ai) but has recently been involved with Mayumi (Junko Matsudaira), who is with Mitsura. When Mitsura decides to teach Iwaki a lesson, the violence between them escalates and tragedy ensues.
