Recorded in the summer of 1976, experience the original concept album that launched 'a thousand stars'. The success of this recording about the life of Eva Perón led to the stage show that has become a critically acclaimed, multi award-winning, global phenomenon. Ahead of the musical's return to the London Palladium stage this summer, re-live the original recording featuring Julie Covington as Eva Perón and her rendition of the No. 1 hit, 'Don't Cry For Me Argentina'. With music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, lyrics by Tim Rice and featuring, Julie Covington, Colm Wilkinson, Barbara Dickson, Paul Jones and the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
