Jonny Lee Miller and Angelina Jolie star in this crime thriller directed by Iain Softley. 18-year-old Dade 'Zero Cool' Murphy (Miller) joins a group of hackers at his high school which includes Kate 'Acid Burn' Libby (Jolie), Emmanuel 'Cereal Killer' Goldstein (Matthew Lillard) and novice Joey Pardella (Jesse Bradford). Joey's attempts to prove himself to the rest of the group by hacking into the Ellingson Mineral Corporation's systems leads to the discovery of industrial espionage and a plot to capsize a fleet of oil tankers. With the hacker responsible framing the group and the Secret Service hot on their trail, can they prove their innocence and reveal the truth before it's too late? The cast also includes Fisher Stevens, Laurence Mason and Renoly Santiago.
