Michael Mohan directs this Italian horror starring Sydney Sweeney. Sister Cecilia (Sweeney) has taken her vows and become a nun, believing that she is meant to serve a higher purpose. She joins an Italian convent where she will help to provide hospice care to nuns at the end of their lives, before things quickly take a bizarre turn. Cecilia finds out she is pregnant despite practicing chastity and maintaining her virginity, and her fellow Sisters hail her as the next Virgin Mary. As Cecilia observes increasingly sinister and violent events taking place at the convent, however, she begins to question whether it harbours evil secrets...
