Kaiju No. 8 - Season 1

All 12 episodes from the first season of the Japanese anime based on the manga by Naoya Matsumoto. After kaiju destroy their town, Kafka Hibino (voice of Masaya Fukunishi) and Mina Ashiro (Asami Seto) are determined to become members of the Japanese Anti-Kaiju Defense Force and fight kaiju together. However, while Mina is successful and quickly becomes a skilled officer, Kafka is not and must work as part of the clean-up crew needed after battles. When he gains the ability to turn into a humanoid kaiju, he decides to apply to the JAKDF again but must keep his alternate form a secret.
