Double bill of British crime thrillers from film-maker Pete Walker. In 'Man of Violence' (1970), British mercenary Moon (Michael Latimer) is hired by corrupt police officers Nixon (Derek Aylward) and Burgess (George Belbin) as they try to get their hands on over 30 million pounds worth of stolen Arab gold that is stashed away somewhere in Britain. But violence and treachery soon follow as rival gangsters and a sadistic murderer home in on the prize. In 'The Big Switch' (1968), womaniser John Carter (Sebastian Breaks) seduces a woman in a nightclub and spends the night with her. However, when she is later murdered, John becomes the prime suspect and is pulled into a shady criminal underworld where he is sexually exploited.
