Jude Law and Carrie Coon star in this psychological drama set in the 1980s. When New York based stock trader Rory O'Hara (Law) takes up a post with his former employer in London he persuades his wife Allison (Coon) to move their young family to Britain. Despite her initial reluctance Rory is quick to reassure her, even buying her a horse and encouraging her to start a horse farm. However, as their children struggle to settle in their new surroundings and Rory's behaviour grows increasingly reckless Allison becomes convinced that she is not being told the truth about Rory's career.
