On Body And Soul

Ildikó Enyedi writes and directs this Hungarian drama starring Morcsányi Géza and Alexandra Borbély. Working in an abattoir, financial director Endre (Géza) finds it difficult to meet people and has, as a result, become rather withdrawn. When he meets the abattoir's new quality inspector Maria (Borbély) however, he discovers that there are other lonely people in the world and as they realise that they are both experiencing the same recurring dream, they begin to examine their lives and find an unexpected friendship underneath the awkwardness. The cast also includes Zoltán Schneider, Ervin Nagy and Tamás Jordán.
