Raven The Wolf & The Rose By Chidley, Elise

Book One in the Deepwood TrilogyWhen seventeen-year-old parkour champion, Willow McBane, is uprooted from London to a crumbling cottage in Gloucestershire, she expects nothing but loneliness and boredom. But in the whispering forest behind her new home, she meets Raff Dunaid, a secretive boy with the bearing of a prince. Raff is heir to Emberlyn, a hidden realm powered by elemental currents that also sustain life on Earth. Currents that are now failing. In Emberlyn, they call it the Withering. When a plan is set to clear the trees of Deepwood—the last place where magic still seeps between realms—Willow reluctantly joins Raff to save the link that keeps both worlds alive. But Raff is concealing a dangerous prophecy, and his wicked brother Faylan is closing in to make sure it comes true.
