Martial arts action thriller written and directed by Lo Wei. When Officer Don Wong (Wong Tao) and his partner John Summer (Robert Jones) save a woman from a brutal assault, her attackers retaliate by beating John severely. Don's attempts to help result in him losing his job and he realises that members of the police force are corrupt and in league with crime boss Chuck Slaughter (Chuck Norris), who runs the city. When John is murdered, Don swears to do whatever it takes to avenge his fallen partner, uncover the extent of the police corruption and stop Slaughter.
