Looking back, if I had known that I would be swamped in a full-blown flood in Rome, that both brakes would fail in the Alps, or that I would be sliding sideways on loose gravel towards a sheer drop, I may never have taken the Harley out of the garage, but God had other ideas.
You are invited to join Nigel, who is both a Church of England Vicar and a Christian Motorcycle Club member, on some of his most perilous and intriguing journeys across Europe and America. From the saddle of his own aged Harley, Nigel draws fascinating biblical comparisons and thought-provoking reflections on God’s faithfulness, both on the road, and on our journey through life.
We are also given a glimpse into his early life, as he begins by tracing the striking transformation on his own journey into faith. A natural story teller, Nigel recalls these adventures with depth, simplicity, and humour.
