Cult drama written and directed by Penelope Spheeris set in Los Angeles in the 1980s. When his mother is arrested for drink driving offenses, teenager Evan Johnson (Bill Coyne) befriends hardcore punk Jack Diddley (Chris Pedersen) and finds a new home among the misfits of LA's punk scene.
