Stefania Rocca and Liam Cunningham star in this giallo directed by Dario Argento. Italian detective Anna Mari (Rocca) and Irish policeman John Brennan (Cunningham) must work together to catch a killer who is taunting the authorities by forcing them to play Internet poker. If they lose, the Card Player will torture and murder his victim live on webcam but if they win, the victim will be released. The stakes are raised even higher when the police chief's daughter is abducted and it soon becomes apparent that the Card Player knows Anna better than she thought...
