The Way He Looks

Portuguese gay-themed coming-of-age drama written and directed by Daniel Ribeiro. The film follows Leonardo (Ghilherme Lobo), a blind teenage boy, who seeks independence from his overbearing parents. Although his school life isn't great, Leonardo's friend Giovana (Tess Amorim) looks out for him and makes sure that the bullies don't get the best of him. When Leonardo and Gabriel (Fabio Audi), a handsome young man who captures the attention of most girls in the school, including Giovana, start spending more and more time together, the two young men begin to realise they have more than just friendly feelings for one another...
