When Princess Nike of the Rain Dukedom (voice of Rena Maeda) is forced to marry the Sun King Livius (Nobunaga Shimazaki) to save her people, Livius imprisons her soon after her arrival for refusing to use her powers to call forth rain for him. However, as they face assassins and treachery together, their feelings for each other begin to change.
