Trespasses

All four episodes of the drama based on the novel by Louise Kennedy. In Northern Ireland in 1975, Catholic schoolteacher Cushla Lavery (Lola Petticrew) lives with her mother Gina (Gillian Anderson) and works nights in her brother's pub. There she meets barrister Michael Agnew (Tom Cullen), who is older, married and Protestant. They begin a secret affair but as their love deepens, the threat of violence is never far away.
