Action drama starring Rutger Hauer and Gene Simmons. Former CIA operative turned bounty hunter Nick Randall (Hauer) is asked to assist with the hunt for terrorist Malak Al-Rahim (Simmons), who is responsible for a bombing in Los Angeles.
